Realities of the Paranormal at OIRWA

Thank you, Vonnie at OIRWA for inviting Renee and I to provide your workshop on Witches, Wizards, and Sorcerers.

Renee and I spent two weeks with these lovely authors, who write paranormal stories. We dedicated most of the time on witchcraft as it does adapt to Wizardry and Sorcery. While the rituals would be different, the ingredients (from my experience) are the same. Of course, we touched on mediumship, psychics, and ghost whispering, too.

I liked the set up of this class. Students (authors) had the prior month to register online via paypal through OIRWA. Renee and I were scheduled to begin May 1^st and carried the class until the 15^th. Only to have me experience a brain burp and closed it out on the 11^th because it was the second weekend.

In my defense, weak that it is, I operate my classes Monday through Friday. Weekends allow for students to play catch up. And yes, Renee caught my snafu and asked me about the REST OF THE MATERIAL. Oh duh!

April Seminary at Camp Chesterfield

This month was all about seminary. I like learning new things and new ways to do these things. Seminary at spiritualist Camp Chesterfield provided this for me. Memorial Day will provide another weekend filled with seminary classes for me, to learn more fun things.

Some of the topics I’ve learned about from their point of view include: Auras, Life After Death, Ear Reflexology, Counseling, Fundamentals of Spiritualism, Laws of Mediumship, Chakras, Worship Service Practicum, Semantics and Intro to Trance. I have enjoyed it all.

Rev. Suzanne Greer taught ‘Intro to Trance’. I have witnessed a lot of trance mediums, but Rev. Greer brought along a talent called transfiguration. She took on the features of the person she channeled. I had not witnessed this trait but once before.

Memorial Day will offer me the chance to learn the History of Modern Spiritualism. I am familiar with only a minute amount of history, including Abe Lincoln and his wife Mary was Spiritualist. After his death, family members had her committed for hearing voices. Spiritualists have a portion of their services dedicated to delivering messages from departed loved ones.

Recently, a student asked if I would be starting my own church, the answer is no. While I am studying with the Spiritualist, my basic beliefs have not changed. I continue to believe the bible is only a book of ancient text that has been twisted from it’s original translation to control the people. I do not see any reason to preach from twisted information. (remember this is my point of view, only) I do believe there is wisdom within the bible that is not taught. At this time, this is my standing on it. And as we all know, if I discover that Spirit has something else in store for me to do, I may humbly eat my words.

Rosa Pearl Update

Rosa Pearl Update

This past month has been one of change and moving forward. New babies were born, twins for MikKi Reno, a son for Rhea, and a grandson was added to my own family, while other souls were departing including my younger brother’s friend who was killed on the job at the young age of 50 leaving a child in high school.

Another child left the nest and took one of my couches with her. To my surprise the two remaining at home had an office inserted into the living room to give me the professional space I had missed since inheriting my grandmothers home in 2009. While it doubled my square footage, it did lack space for an office. Now I have my very own writer’s cave.

This week I am focused on finishing the first draft of Tracy Richards, Psychic Investigator. I am projecting it will be released on Kindle this fall should all things go according to plan.

Clairvoyant Intensive Weekend

There is a defining level of quality of the mediums trained through Camp Chesterfield in Indiana, United States. Kimberly Ann and I went to Camp Chesterfield over the weekend to hone our mediumship skills. Rev. Terry Ryan began the program with clairvoyance practicum, and taught the basics of working with Spirit. I was impressed with his acceptance of all Celestial beings which we can chose to do our Spirit work.

For every physical sense you also have a spiritual sense. As a medium, it is your job to hone each sense. To attune and sharpen them on their subtle levels and become more aware of each, quieting of the noises to communicate with the vibrations of Spirit is the ultimate focus for a medium.

Clairvoyant Intensive Weekend

Rev. Ryan compared a medium to a conductor of an orchestra. With practice and focus the conductor can hear each instrument and know when and which instrument is not tuned correctly or missed the mark. Mediums, also, need such a skill to work with their inner and outer band of Spirit helpers through clairvoyance.

Clairvoyant Intensive Weekend

With the focus on clairvoyance, I offer this exercise. Step outside onto your porch, balcony, or sit in the park, the importance of this exercise is it is to be done outside. Listen to the sounds in the immediate area or yard. Squirrels? Birds? Crickets? Cars? Now, focus listening to your neighbor’s yard outside and then further down the street. Hone each skill and begin listening further and further away. After honing your hearing skills for only a week, your ability to hear further increases and your ability to hear Spirit also increases.

Dear Clients,

GoDaddy.com has held three of my domains hostage for about 10 years. At this time, I am refusing to pay for all the nonsense add on’s they required me to purchase originally. I have told Paypal they are to refuse any request that GoDaddy makes and my bank to refuse all requests from PayPal.

I do not know how long this will take to be resolved. If GoDaddy does not co-operate this year I’m sure they will try to bill a defunct credit card or other BS. As soon as the domain is clear for repurchase I will set it up again under a different domain reseller.

Halloween 2012

Happy Halloween!

I love Halloween. The small town I live in has a Halloween parade each year. From 6 – 8 p.m. all the little lovelies go door to door begging for treats. At 8 p.m. the volunteer fire department start the trucks and begin driving up and down the streets with sirens and horns blaring, with the high school marching band following playing tunes such as ‘The Monster Mash”. All those out beggin and parents fall behind the band and infront of the second fire truck. After the parade has collected all those who are going to continue the fun and games, they proceed to the school.

Happy Halloween!

The next half of the evening is the contest for best costume voted on by all those who finished in the parade. Hoots and hollars combined with applause. This year I optioned to go to the pizza parlor in town. I no longer have little ones that go beggin. Instead my ritual is to dress up, order a pizza and watch the little lovelies tromp through Indian’s Pizza and Subs. Mothers and Fathers watching as the little ones play games, win candy, and get dinner on the fly. This year each child was given a piece of pizza pie instead of candy.

Halloween is my favorite time of year! The veil is thin. Communication with Spirit is clearer and the unseen is felt. What is your favorite part of Halloween?

Spiritual Development levels

Recently, I had a woman interview me as her potential spiritual development teacher and told me, she was a level three medium. I asked her to forgive my ignorance but I had no clue what a level three medium had accomplished. This woman is a very talented natural medium, and I told her so. I told her I felt she needed a bit more self esteem and practice bring all her talents together to achieve her goal. She wants to be a polished medium who can give 15 to 30 minute readings.

Spiritual Development levels

Seriously, to rate a medium by levels is truly a financial gimmick. You are or you aren’t a medium, either you have experience or you do not have experience giving short or long readings. I do understand the labels within a class environment of beginner, advanced, or professional. There is no room for these labels as a working medium.

Beginner or professional, there will be different strengths for your ability but as a beginner to compare yourself to another person is very detrimental. As a professional, you will understand where your strength lies and will use them to your utmost ability.

Spiritual Development levels

I am interested in opening a safe chat room environment for those who desire to practice their spiritual development for mediumship abilities. Earth Energy 2012

Earth Energy – 2012

Earth Energy appears to be creating emotional turmoil for the happy and joyful people of earth. This is my understanding of the earth energy at this time. Remember all the talk about people getting a bit off beat and down right crazy during the full moon? This type of magnetic energy is happening to the planet consistently and daily as we move into and line up with the galactic equator.

Let me move into science philosopher mode for a moment. I want you to visualize a simple atom with the electrons zooming around its nucleus.

Earth Energy

Now, think about the earth spinning on its axis, while in route around the sun. They are similar in action. Our next thought will be similar yet again as we visualize our solar system whirling around with other systems in the galaxy. Do you see the pattern?

As the Egyptian pyramids line up with Orion’s belt, the magnetic pull we feel is similar to the Full Moon energy. This will affect our hormones which will affect our emotions and the emotions will be amplified. As the Full Moon pulls on the water in your body, this galactic line-up is also being felt within your body amplifying the imbalances.

This jpg example shows how Earth and our solar system orbits in a wave pattern. Each time we cross the galactic equator we transition into a different consciousness, a more spiritual consciousness.

Earth Energy

Dr. Buryl Payne of buryl.com/fullreport explains better than I, how the planets line up during the Winter Solstice. He also states on his website,

“The Sun lining up with the Galactic Center is analogous to the Moon lining up with a planet. When this happens, and if the Earth is closer to the planet at that time (full Moon) the influence of the planet is larger. (according to my observations which are supported by increased geomagnetic activity measurements.)”

I do not profess to understand how earth energy works. I did want to share with you what my Guides shared with me while I questioned the rampant emotions I saw happening around me. I do hope this helps you understand what is transpiring at this time. As Earth spins on its axis, rotates around the sun, the galaxy rotates with other galaxies and so on, our Earth Energy -2012 is unique.

Camp NaNoWriMo

Camp NaNoWriMo

Camp NaNoWriMo… who knew? Seriously, I have tried NaNoWriMo a couple of different times. Each year, I forget my password and lose my email. This year, I am using my regular email and if I forget my password, I will be able to retrieve it. I did not realize they had summer writing events. This is a gem I found looking for resources. Remember, November will be National Novel Writing Month and more writing or polishing can be done with a self imposed deadline. Plus you get a fun little graphic to put on your website stating you WON the event by writing and confirming you wrote 50,000 words for your story.

Camp NaNoWriMo

With that said, I signed up for Camp NaNoWriMo at the midway point of the month. I am lagging way behind. I do like their word counter that tallies up what you average daily for your word count.

The graph makes it easy to tell if you are on track, ahead of schedule or lagging behind.

Right now, I am lagging way behind. My goal was to finish this draft by August 31. I didn’t realize how far off I was of my targeted goal. Now, I know and will hold myself accountable.
